WARRANTY or BOTH. Your SATISFACTION is GUARANTEED.
If you find a fault in/with the product; return the product
within warranty period and get a refund of your money less shipping
and handling charges.
What is the procedure to REPLACE/EXCHANGE
an item?
Products which are being damaged during delivery process or
have any other manufacturing/workmanship fault, can be replaced
with in respective warranty period. To get your product replaced,
send it at our postal address mentioned at sales invoice along
with following documents: » Product
bagged in its original packing » Original
Sales Invoice » Warranty
Card » Request
letter mentioning the reason why you want to replace the product?
» Details
of your postal address and contact numbers.
Once we receive your parcel, we will process and dispatch you
new product within three working days.
What is the procedure to RETURN/REFUND
an item?
In the unlikely event that you do not get any result upon using
our any product, which carries Warranty, you can return the
product for a full refund of purchase price less 25% shipping
and handling charges. To claim your refund, send the product
at our postal address mentioned at sales invoice along with
following documents:
- Product bagged in its original packing
- Original Sales Invoice
- Warranty Card
- Request letter mentioning the reason why you want to
return the product?
- Title of your bank account
- Details of your postal address and contact numbers.
- Once we receive your refund claim along with above documents,
your will be issued with a cross cheque in your name within
two weeks of fulfillment of above said requisite documentation.
