There are following five ways to place your order:

the requisite fields.
- Under the option of “Order Now Pay Later”,
your order will be forward to our distributor of your
area, who will deliver the product at your home free
of any delivery charges. You will have to pay for
the product at the time of delivery OR you can pay
us using other offline methods mentioned at our website.
B. Place ONLINE Order on this website
- Choose your desired product from our website.
- Click on product you want to buy.
- Click on “Checkout” option and fill
the requisite fields.
- Select the "Buy from 2CO" option.
- Provide the credit card details with full confidence
because your transaction is handled by “2CHECKOUT”;
authorized retailer of Islamic Brands.
- Under the option of “Buy From 2CO”,
your order will be shipped at your home via courier
service within four days from the date of placement
of your online order. You will neither be required
to pay any delivery charges nor will have to make
any other payment to courier man.
C. Call at our Toll Free Number
We have a fully computerized Call Centre
providing service through out 24 hours and 7 days a week.
You can at our Toll Free Number 0800-33-786 from all over
the Pakistan and inform our operators about your desired
product and contact details. Once you confirm an order,
our distributor of your area will contact you and will
deliver the product at your home within 2-3 days from
the date of placement of your order. Further, Islamic
Brands is pleased to inform you that we make free of charge
home deliveries in all over the Pakistan which means that
you will not be required to pay any delivery charges to
receive product at your door step.
D. Fax your order
Similarly, you can send your order at

delivered by our distributor of your area as prescribed
in above option number C.
E. Email

and your order will be delivered by our distributor of

The online payments made by customers are dealt by an
industry award-winning credit card payment gateway i.e.
“2CHECKOUT”
who is a Commerce Service Provider, authorized as a Master
Merchant, by USA financial institutions, to accept and
validate Internet payments via credit card and providing
a secure link between our website, various credit card
issuing institutions, acquiring Banks and the 2Checkout’s
website.
Delivery
Time for Domestic Shipping? ^Top
Its Islamic Brands’ unique attribute that it makes
free home deliveries in all over Pakistan. Delivery Time
for Shipping within Pakistan is three working days from
the date of shopping (subject to availability) whereas
orders placed by Credit Card are processed after realization
of payment.
Delivery
Time for International Shipping? ^Top
Delivery Time of your order depends on a number of factors.
Your order will be processed only after your Credit Card
payment comes through. You will receive your order in
a period ranging from two to four weeks. Delivery charges
for shipping a product in any country of the World are
fixed i.e. US$ 30.00

I check the status of my order? ^Top
If you have any question regarding the shipping status

What
is the procedure to REPLACE/EXCHANGE an item? ^Top
Products which are being damaged during delivery process
or have any other manufacturing/workmanship fault, can
be replaced with in respective warranty period. To get
your product replaced, send it at our postal address mentioned
at sales invoice along with following documents:

» Original
Sales Invoice
» Warranty
Card
» Request
letter mentioning the reason why you want to replace the
product?
» Details
of your postal address and contact numbers.
Once we receive your parcel, we will process and dispatch
you new product within three working days.
What
is the procedure to RETURN/REFUND an item? ^Top
In the unlikely event that you do not get any result upon
using our any product, which carries Warranty, you can
return the product for a full refund of purchase price
less 25% shipping and handling charges. To claim your
refund, send the product at our postal address mentioned
at sales invoice along with following documents:
- Product bagged in its original packing
- Original Sales Invoice
- Warranty Card
- Request letter mentioning the reason why you want
to return the product?
- Title of your bank account
- Details of your postal address and contact numbers.
- Once we receive your refund claim along with above
documents, your will be issued with a cross cheque
in your name within two weeks of fulfillment of above
said requisite documentation.
